General Information

YogaCo is a new initiative on campus that is in place to help eliminate the stress of campus life, along with building the balancing skills necessary for a healthy life style. Sitting in front of a computer screen all day or in the classroom can be tiring, for a boost of energy Yoga is the perfect solution, not only does it promote exercise but also the 8 noble truths of the Yogi lifestyle. This Semester we want to expand from last semester’s classes only, and have 2 weekend workshops and 2 spiritual lectures, throughout the year. The first workshop will be based on how to build your own personal practise and the 2nd will be about the exciting new yogi trend of AcroYoga. The first lecture will be about alignment and balance and the 2nd will be on meditation. Along with these special occasions we will have 3-4 classes a month once a week, that can be very enlightening for the open mind, so please come to our classes once a week TBA.
