The Utrecht, Netherlands International Simulation of the United Nations Conference is held on UC campus every year since 2003. The conference has several forums, where participants will debate current issues as ambassadors to a nation. Last year, the Security Council and the first three committees to the General Assembly were simulated. Participants debated topics related to the conference theme, Security. In a very short time, they were taught the basics of UN-style debating, and discussed an engaging Security Council issue. We hope to welcome you to this combination of politics, debate and cookies!
